Terms
Plain-language terms for using BrazilCheck and purchasing a report.
What you are buying
A point-in-time evidence report assembling data from public Brazilian government registries (Receita Federal, Portal da Transparência, Ministry of Labor) and international sanctions lists (OFAC, UN Security Council), current as of the moment it was generated.
What this is not
BrazilCheck is not a certification, legal opinion, credit rating, or attestation of a company’s compliance, character, or fitness for business. We do not file, certify, or attest to anything on your behalf. Name-based matches (OFAC, UN) carry a real false-positive and false-negative risk and must be verified independently before you rely on them.
Refunds
Because each report is generated on demand against live public sources, purchases are final once a report has been delivered. If report generation fails after payment, we will complete generation and deliver it, or refund you — you will never pay for a report you didn’t receive.
Accuracy
We report what the public record says at query time, sourced and attributed. We do not independently verify, investigate, or audit the underlying registries — if a source is wrong or out of date, the report will reflect that.
